Three Bangladeshis Arrested in Tamil Nadu, India

In a recent crackdown, Tamil Nadu police have arrested three Bangladeshi nationals for allegedly staying in the state without proper documentation. The arrests were made in Namakkal district, following a tip-off about their illegal stay and work at a construction site.

The individuals, identified as Mahamood Maullah, Hanif Hasi, and Islam Ashraful, were found to be working without valid documents. While one of them had proper documentation and was sent back to Bangladesh, the remaining three were remanded in Puzhal Prison in Chennai.

The police are continuing their investigation to determine the circumstances of their entry and stay in India. This incident highlights the ongoing challenges of illegal migration and the need for stricter enforcement of immigration laws.
